8 X 10 TASVEER 2009 Synopsis:-
It is the story of a young man with a unique supernatural gift of looking into the past of dead people.
The film 8x10 is a thriller which revolves around Jai (Akshay Kumar) who has a unique supernatural gift to see into the past of dead people by just touching an object that belongs to them. Jai’s father Jatin Puri (Benjamin Gilani) is a famous oil Baron and his mother Savitri Puri (Sharmila Tagore) is a home maker and a loving mother.
Anil (Girish Karnad) is a good friend of Jatin and also lawyer of his company. His assistant Sheela (Ayesha Takia) is a very good friend of Jai. Soon their friendship turns into love and they start to live together. She means the world to Jai. More over Jai can tell the details about any dead person by just seeing an 8 x 10 photograph of that person.
But the real turn comes in when the 8x10 photograph unveils Jai’s past and the mysteries then begin to arise one-by-one. A personal tragedy that leads him to use this unique power to unravel the mystery and a nail biting finish to come up with startling answers.
